I placed an order. When will it arrive?
Note: The following does not apply to subscription/recurring orders or orders shipping to APO/FPO and international addresses. Usually, it takes 1-5 business days to process your order. Depending on the shipping option you selected; it will take an additional 1-3 days for your order to arrive. Please refer to the tracking number provided via email for updates

Any Tips on brewing?
As a starting point, we recommend the below. But please feel free to adjust to your personal preferences. Coffee: Use Clean water, 2 tablespoons (10g) of ground coffee per every 6oz of water. Adjust strength as desired
